APPROACH AND PURPOSE

As an integrative wellness coach and emerging scholar, I integrate Eastern wisdom, Western psychology, and indigenous healing arts to support holistic transformation. Drawing from Sufi mysticism, Jungian psychology, and the eightfold path of Yoga, I guide clients in harmonizing body, mind, heart, and spirit. Through shamanic dreamwork, active imagination, and plant medicine journeys, we enter liminal spaces where symbolic insight and embodied presence lead to healing. The yogic path offers ethical and meditative structure, while shamanic practices open visionary access to the unconscious. Together, these traditions awaken deeper awareness and support the soul’s journey toward integration, wholeness, and inner freedom.
My practice is deeply trauma-informed, acknowledging that healing occurs within broader sociocultural contexts. I create a safe and inclusive space that honors cultural diversity and addresses systemic inequities impacting mental health. By embracing complexity and paradox, I guide clients in navigating their unique paths toward wholeness.
Central to my approach is the recognition of our interconnectedness—with each other, with nature, and within the broader web of existence. I support clients in exploring these connections, respecting their pace and process. Rather than imposing rigid frameworks, I draw on a variety of methods and modalities, adapting each to meet the individual’s needs and honoring their unique journey.
Through this work, we aim to address deeper patterns and facilitate authentic transformation, supporting each person in accessing their innate wisdom and capacity for healing.
